Meest doesn’t deliver parcels from the USA to Russia and Belarus.

“DDP” stands for Delivered Duty Paid.

Under DDP, the sender (shipper) prepays all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import charges so that the recipient doesn’t pay anything upon delivery.
The recipient gets the package with no surprise fees.

“DDU” stands for Delivered Duty Unpaid. The sender (shipper) pays for shipping but does NOT pay for import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.
The recipient is responsible for paying those charges when the parcel arrives in the destination country.

Each country has different duty free limits (de minimis values). For example, the duty-free limit in the European Union is 45 Euro, in Ukraine - 150 Euro, while countries often have a limit from $0, which means that parcels with value $1 will be charged for duty payments. We recommend checking the official government sources before shipping. Also you can check de minimis values here.

The recipient is responsible for paying duties and taxes when the parcel arrives in the destination country.

If your parcel was detained in customs, it may be due to missing documents, restricted items, or unpaid duties and taxes. Customs clearance is handled by the destination country, and processing times may vary. Please check your email for any requests from customs or contact our support team for assistance.

No, U.S. Transport Security Administration (TSA) prohibited shipping perfumes, sprays by air in all consumer international shipments.

No, U.S. Transport Security Administration (TSA) prohibited shipping alcohol in all consumer sea and air international shipments.

If a prohibited item is detected by the scanner, the item will be removed from the parcel and then disposed of without compensation to the sender.

If perfume, sprays, or batteries are found in an air parcel, the parcel will be shipped by sea without recalculating the shipping cost.

The volumetric weight is a calculation that takes into account not only the actual weight of the parcel, but also its size. If a box is large but lightweight, it can still take up a lot of space in transportation, so its shipping cost is determined by volumetric weight. To calculate it, multiply the length, width, and height of the box in inches and divide by 5000.

The cost of transportation is determined by the greater of the physical or volumetric weight.

If your package exceeds the maximum allowed size or weight, consider splitting it into two smaller boxes. For very large shipments that require a pallet, please use our cargo service.

To pack a parcel properly, use a sturdy box, wrap each item with bubble wrap or padding, and fill any empty spaces to prevent movement. Seal the box securely with strong tape.

Yes, all parcels are insured for $60 automatically without additional charge.

When shipping online, add an additional insurance amount in a specific field.
When shipping in Meest Drop-off Point, ask the Meest representative to add additional in.
Additional insurance will cost you 5% of the insured value.

Each country has specific regulations. Please check information of the specific country on our website.

If your package was damaged, lost, delivered to the wrong address or had a major delay in delivery, you can file a claim.

Start a claim within 30 days from the scheduled delivery date. To file a claim fill the form online.

The term of claim consideration is up to 10 business days from the date of application. After the decision on the complaint is made, expect to be informed by the Claims Department.

You can send the phone via Meest. To be shipped by air, the mobile phone must be packaged as a separate package, in accordance with air transport security regulations, because mobile phones (like laptops, tablets) include lithium-ion batteries, which are considered explosives. All air parcels are scanned at the airport before being sent, and the security service may detain parcels that do not meet air security requirements.

Meest does not send military and technical equipment. But you can send military uniforms, first aid kits, tourniquets, etc.

Air delivery usually takes up to 7 days while Sea delivery is up to 4 weeks.

Meest delivers parcels from Ukraine to the USA and Canada. Use the Meest service if you:

Please contact with nearest agent to your location (choose America) and arrange if it is possible to send your parcel or register your account (via your personal e-mail) on portal and send your parcel from nearest Fedex branch

If you live in a distant state where Meest trucks do not pick up parcels, and there is no Meest representative nearby, you may conveniently ship your parcels to our warehouse in Port Reading via FedEx, the company with which we have a special agreement. By shipping parcels to our warehouse, we can beat their international shipping prices!

In order to have your package delivered to Meest-America’s NJ warehouse via our prepaid FedEx service, you need to do the following:

Order FedEx label(s) by providing us with your mailing address . Once you receive the label(s) and other documents:

• Fill out our Customs Declaration #CN23
• Enclose the documents in the envelope and attach it to the outside of your parcel(s)
• Attach the labels with Customs Declaration number and barcode onto the box (labels are on the first page)
• Keep the last (blue) copy of the Declaration for your records
• Attach FedEx label to your parcel(s)
• Write FedEx tracking number on the copy of the Declaration for your records
• Take your parcel(s) to the nearest FedEx office, or hand it over to a driver working in your area
• FedEx representatives will accept the box from you at no charge, when they see our label on it
• Or, contact FedEx to pick up the box at your address

What do we do when we receive your package(s)?

As soon as we receive your package, we weigh it, and create an invoice according to Meest-America’s website price information.

Payment method

You can make a payment with your credit card, or mail us a check.

When mailing your check to us, please, always indicate the Declaration number or our invoice number on the check.

You can easily track the status of your parcel on our website using the Declaration number.

MEEST-America delivers packages to Ukraine by sea and by air - these are the specifications:

• Maximum weight of a package - 66 lbs.
• Minimum chargeable weight - 10 lbs.
• Maximum value of goods one may ship to Ukraine without having to pay additional import duty is 150Еuros (started Apr 1, 2022).
• Every package is insured with our company for $60.00, free of charge. Any additional insurance will cost you 5% of the insured value.

FedEx rate is calculated for regular size packages - the largest side should not exceed 48 inches (120 cm); second-largest side cannot exceed 30 inches (75 cm); and the maximum physical or volume weight should not be greater than 66 lbs (30 kg). For larger packages, there will be an additional fee.

FedeEx additional charge for parcels more than 40 lbs:

• 40 lbs. + $10
• 50 lbs. + $15
• 60 lbs. + $20
• 70 lbs. + $25

The following is the formula for dimensional weight - length (inches) x width (inches) x height (inches) / 139 = dimensional weight (lbs)

Meest does not ship vehicles to America.

If you would like to send your personal car, we recommend that you contact the organizations that are directly involved in this.

According to the order of the National Bank of Ukraine, it is currently allowed to make money transfers in the amount of up to 400,000 hryvnias (approximately $10,000 USD) per recipient, in one operating day. Money transfers through Meest-America can be received in US dollars or hryvnias at more than 3,000 branches of Privat Bank and Raiffeisen Bank AVAL, or through the Privat24 application (bank accounts and cards are not required). The maximum payout amount is $10,000 US per day, per recipient. Meest-America offers money transfers from the following US states only:

These are the courier payment fees (in addition to a service fee) for the delivery of money transfers in American currency or in hryvnias directly into the hands of recipients in "green zones" of Ukraine. Transfers to recipients can be in American currency or in hryvnias.

Delivery times depend on the region of delivery and currency availability at the bank, and can take anywhere from 3 to 20 working days.

For Same-Day Delivery: please call the Meest_America Corporation before ordering this service at 1-800-361-7345. Service fee depends on total summ.

• For money transfers of $900 and above, it is necessary to indicate the ID number, its validity period, date of birth, profession of the client, and purpose of the transfer.
• For transfers of $2,900 and above, the SNN or ITN must also be indicated - even when the sender provides a foreign passport as an identification document.
• Customers shipping multiple orders within two weeks must also provide their SNN or ITN.

You can send almost all factory-packaged food from America to Ukraine, except for alcoholic beverages, and the products listed on this list

Please note that one parcel must contain no more than 10 kg of food.
