If you’re sending a parcel from Ukraine to the United States - including Parcel with Postpayment - please note an important update that comes into effect on December 1, 2025.
What’s changing?
All incoming shipments from Ukraine to the U.S. will now be subject to 17% import duty, calculated from the declared value of the parcel + $7.50 brokerage fee.
The maximum declared value for each parcel is $800.
How will the process work?
As soon as your parcel leaves Ukraine, the consignee (recipient) will automatically receive a notification with a secure payment link for the required U.S. import charges. They’ll have 3–4 days to complete the payment online - quick and easy.
No customs hassle!
There’s no need for the consignee to contact U.S. Customs directly. Meest handles all customs brokerage procedures, ensuring a smooth and stress-free delivery experience.
