When to file a claim
Within 5 days after Parcel delivery, or within 60 days after drop-off, if the parcel was not delivered.
Terms of claim consideration
14 to 60 business days for international shipments.
Compensation
Compensation is limited to the declared value and subject to proof in all cases.
