According to the order of the National Bank of Ukraine, it is currently allowed to make money transfers in the amount of up to 400,000 hryvnias (approximately $10,000 USD) per recipient, in one operating day. Money transfers through Meest-America can be received in US dollars or hryvnias at more than 3,000 branches of Privat Bank and Raiffeisen Bank AVAL, or through the Privat24 application (bank accounts and cards are not required). The maximum payout amount is $10,000 US per day, per recipient. Meest-America offers money transfers from the following US states only:

• New Jersey
• Ohio
• Oregon
• Washington

These are the courier payment fees (in addition to a service fee) for the delivery of money transfers in American currency or in hryvnias directly into the hands of recipients in "green zones" of Ukraine. Transfers to recipients can be in American currency or in hryvnias.

Delivery times depend on the region of delivery and currency availability at the bank, and can take anywhere from 3 to 20 working days.

• For money transfers of $900 and above, it is necessary to indicate the ID number, its validity period, date of birth, profession of the client, and purpose of the transfer.
• For transfers of $2,900 and above, the SNN or ITN must also be indicated - even when the sender provides a foreign passport as an identification document.
• Customers shipping multiple orders within two weeks must also provide their SNN or ITN.

You can send the phone via Meest. To be shipped by air, the mobile phone must be packaged as a separate package, in accordance with air transport security regulations, because mobile phones (like laptops, tablets) include lithium-ion batteries, which are considered explosives. All air parcels are scanned at the airport before being sent, and the security service may detain parcels that do not meet air security requirements.

You can send documents to Ukraine through representatives or the Meest head office in New Jersey. Documents are accepted only without photo inside.

Please enter your parcel number on the tracking page and you will find the delivery status of your parcel.

You can also call Meest Canada toll-free +1 862 68 24 224 and give the tracking number of the parcel to a customer service representative who will check its location. You can also email us the tracking number of your package at [email protected] with "Shipping or Tracking inquiry" in the subject line - our support team will provide information about your package by email.

Meest Canada works with shipments from Canada

You can find the nearest Meest branch or agent in America using the branch map. You will also be able to find out what services are provided at the branch or agent's location, and what their hours are.
