Flat Rate for small packages and letters:

Maximum weight of one parcel - 66 lbs (30 kg). Parcels exceeding this weight will be subject to customs duties. Discrepancies between the weight stated in the documents and the actual parcel weight are not permitted. If significant discrepancies are identified, the shipment will be directed to the red customs control zone.
Maximum size: 800 × 600 × 600 mm (31.5 × 23.6 × 23.6 inches).
Minimum size: 320 × 320 × 150 mm (12.6 × 12.6 × 5.9 inches).Parcels of smaller size will be subject to manual inspection, which may affect customs inspection and clearance timelines.
- Maximum customs value without additional import duty payments: $200 per month per recipient, since May 1, 2025.
- If parcel value exceeds duty free limit, recipient is responsible to pay customs duties and taxes in the country of destination.
- Passport data of the receiver will be required in destination country (demanded by Сustoms Service in country of destination). Each recipient must provide the passport number or taxpayer identification number.
- Recipients will automatically receive notifications about the arrival of courier parcels addressed in their name. Notifications will be sent to the personal account in the Unified Republican Information System EPIGU (My.gov.uz), as well as to the customs mobile application E-TIJORAT.
- If a parcel is detained for any reason (exceeding the duty-free limit of USD 200 per month, exceeding the 30 kg weight limit, exceeding size limits, or for other reasons), the recipient must, within 10 days, confirm that the parcel is addressed to them and confirm readiness to receive it with payment of the required customs duties, or refuse receipt.
- If the recipient refuses the parcel or does not respond within 10 days, the shipment is considered unclaimed by the recipient.
- In such cases, the parcel is subject to return to the sender within 30 days from the date of detention. If the return is not completed, customs authorities will, within the following 15 days, submit the information to the court to recognize the property as ownerless and transfer it to state ownership.
- Starting February 2026, recipients will regularly receive notifications in the EPIGU system and the E-TIJORAT mobile application, which will require mandatory confirmation or refusal of the parcel.
New customs clearance fee requirement introduced by Resolution No. 55 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan (Jan 31, 2025).
For international parcels entering Uzbekistan, customs authorities now require A mandatory customs processing / clearance fee:
- Charged when the parcel goes through customs control.
- Applies even if no import duty is charged.
Fee paid for customs formalities:
- Electronic declaration processing.
- Documentation review.
- Customs system handling.
Collected either by:
- The postal operator / logistics company before delivery, or
- Directly by Uzbek customs during clearance.
Shipments will now incur a small customs service fee per parcel. The fee may apply even below the duty-free threshold.
