Dear clients from Uzbekistan!
According to the decree of the President of Uzbekistan, amendments to the customs law will enter into force on August 19, 2018. The maximum value of goods free from customs duties will be $1000 during one quarter (3 months’ period), if goods are shipped to an individual via international courier service. Previously, this restriction was for one month.
Each client will be required to provide shipping company with the passport number or taxpayer identification number. This will speed up the clearance and delivery of the parcel. Without this data, customs clearance of parcels in Uzbekistan will be impossible after August 19, 2018.
Sincerely,
Meest-America Team.
