If the value of cargo is more than $800 or more than 30 kg, the recipient must fill out form Power of Attorney (POA) and provide a copy of IRS or SS proof.

Payment
Payment for delivery can be made on a client's choice, either in Ukraine or in the USA. Delivery costs include pick up at the address in Ukraine and delivery within the U.S. (additional payment may be charged for urgent delivery, delivery of oversized items or delivery to the long-distance regions of the USA such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico).
Declaration of goods
For each parcel, the CN23 customs declaration needs to be filled out, which specifies the content of the parcel: the name of the product, its quantity, and value. It is necessary to indicate a complete description and list each specific object. For example: women's shirt 1 pc, cost - $ 20.00; Children's book 2 pcs, cost - $ 2.00.
