Dear Customers,
Please note the important customs clearance requirements for parcels shipped to Armenia. We recommend reviewing these requirements before creating your shipment to help avoid possible delays during customs clearance.
Recipient Documents
For customs clearance, a clear photo or scan of the recipient’s identification document is required:
- both sides of the ID card; or
- the passport spread containing personal information.
A valid recipient phone number must also be provided when creating the shipment.
Duty-Free Limit
The following duty-free limits apply to parcels shipped to Armenia:
- total value of goods — up to EUR 200;
- parcel weight — up to 31 kg.
If the total value of goods in the parcel exceeds EUR 200, the recipient must pay a customs duty of 15% on the amount exceeding the duty-free limit.
If the parcel weighs more than 31 kg, an additional customs charge applies for each kilogram over the established limit.
Multiple Parcels for the Same Recipient
Please note: if the same recipient receives multiple parcels, their total weight and the value of goods may be considered cumulatively by customs.
We recommend reviewing these requirements before shipping and ensuring that all recipient information is provided correctly and completely.
