New Customs Limit in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about new conditions of importation of goods without payment of customs duties into the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.

  • Starting January 1, 2020, it is permitted to forward parcels to Russia if the weight of one parcel does not exceed 31 kg and the cost of goods does not exceed 200 euros. Cost and weight restrictions for one recipient per month have been lifted. If there are several parcels per consignee in one shipment, container, they may be recognized as a commercial shipment. In case of exceeding the value of the goods (this is determined by customs inspection) or acknowledgment of the contents of the parcel to be a commercial shipment, or if the weight of the parcel is exceeded - customs duties will be charged. The amount of the fee will be 15% of the value of the enclosed goods in the parcel, but not less than 2 euros/kg (whichever is greater). If customs duties are not paid, the parcel will be automatically returned back to the sender at his expense.
  • Starting January 1, 2020, parcels up to 200 Euros per recipient can be sent to Kazakhstan without payment of import duty (without limiting the number of parcels per month per recipient).
  • Starting December 1, 2019, it will be possible to send one parcel per month to Kyrgyzstan without payment of import duty with a maximum value of $200.
