Person Customer Support Representative

The Customer Support Representative will act as a liaison between customers and Meest-America. The CSR will take part in customer engagement in person and over the phone. This person will succeed in this role by being able to multitask and deliver solutions that move multiple projects forward towards completion.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction, demonstrates commitment to quality related to operations and technical support of complex products and /or processes
  • Confirm accuracy of documents by checking details. Such as; address; payments; returned packages etc.
  • Investigate information for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • Process claims online and when needed requesting pick up through UPS and FedEx
  • Use multiple system tools to search and troubleshoot
  • Ensure all claims and invoices are processed
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed; Checking mail, emails, answering phones, creating shipping labels

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years related experience preferably within a call center environment
  • Great attention to detail, ability to work efficiently and with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English as well as Ukrainian
  • Ability to routinely lift and move objects up to 30 pounds without any assistance
  • Ability to squat, stand, walk, reach daily and as needed to perform all job functions
