• For non-profit organizations or charity funds in Ukraine, the minimum weight we accept is 200 lbs, and there is no maximum weight. The calculation we utilize to establish shipping cost is determined by prevailing weight (by volumetric weight, if this exceeds the actual weight). Dimensional weight may be applied to packages/pallets if they are larger than their physical weight.
• For the Meest charity fund, "International Charitable Foundation Meest", we accept parcels of any weight. Issuance of these parcels in Ukraine is controlled by the Lviv State Administration. The cost of sending humanitarian aid to the Meest charity fund is $2.29/lb by air, and $0.99/lb by sea (calculated by actual weight).
The aid has already been delivered to many organizations and families who needed it in the first place.

We are glad to share good news with you - 100 tons of humanitarian aid for Ukraine was shipped April 12th on a Boeing 747 plane. The plane was fully loaded with critical and essential supplies. This special delivery was organized by MEEST-America, Inc., Embassy of Ukraine in the USA / Посольство України в США, and Consulate General of Ukraine in New York.
Medical supplies, dry food, and body bags were donated by New York Mayor’s Office, UNWLA, NJ Hospital Association, Razom, Revived Soldiers Ukraine, St. Andrew’s Orthodox Church, AFYA Foundation, Ukrainian Federation of America, and Operation Palyanytsya.

In order for Meest-America to keep sending critical humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian people, we ask you that you please help us subsidize shipping and logistics costs by making a contribution!
As of March 22, 2022, Meest-America has processed and shipped over 1,400,389 pounds (635,206 kilograms) of humanitarian aid. This number is staggering, and although we wish the situation was different, we are glad our combined efforts will help ease some of the pain and suffering our people are experiencing due to this horrible war.
Overnight, it became our mission to transform our operations into helping organizations and individuals ship much-needed supplies to Ukraine. Tactical, medical, hospital and general aid supplies have been delivered to our NJ warehouse from various states in America. We accept this aid and then process it accordingly:
We are so grateful to everyone who donated supplies, our volunteers, and to our Meest employees. This is truly a group effort, and we are proud to be part of it! Please contribute to subsidize shipping humanitarian aid
Our warehouse has been visited by many local, national, and international news outlets. They all want to see and share the extraordinary operation of how humanitarian aid is processed on a scale that fills over 100,000 square foot warehouse! We could not have made it this far without the help of so many people, so we want to share some of these broadcasts, articles, and photos with you.
Up to this moment, Meest delivered over 1500 tons of humanitarian aid to Ukraine from across the globe. All the humanitarian aid that Meest-America delivers via International Charitable Foundation "Meest" (Міжнародний Благодійний Фонд "Міст") is transferred over to the Lviv City Administration, which then sorts and transfers it to charitable organizations and to everyone in need, throughout regions in Ukraine.
Also, humanitarian aid was delivered to the following organizations:
From the moment the war began, our mission changed to focus on helping Ukraine. We would like to thank you for supporting our mission with your generous humanitarian aid donations, which allows us to help Ukrainian people. We could not do the work we have been doing without our volunteers and donors, and we will be forever grateful to all of you!
Meest-America is humbled and proud to assist the Ukrainian community by shipping desperately needed humanitarian aid to Ukraine! As of March 8, 2022, we are partnering with Razom to raise money to ship humanitarian supplies that have been generously donated by the Ukrainian communities in the area.
Currently, Meest-America already has 581 pallets of supplies ready to be shipped to Ukraine. Additionally, a steady flow of new supplies are being delivered to our warehouse all day, every day. It is heart-warming to see how much people care about helping Ukrainians at this very difficult time so we ask that you please help us by donating to this special fund so Meest can continue shipping this vital Humanitarian Aid!
