Network Development Regional Representative
Responsibilities:
- Promote and uphold our company values, reputation, and culture.
- Build brand awareness and initiate/maintain relationships with clients through various forms of communication (cold calls, email, in person meetings.)
- Identify scalable ways to generate interest and attract Potential Partners.
- Gain new business and retain existing business through proper communication' methods.
- Conduct presentations to Potential Partners.
- Conduct site visits and consultations to New or Existing Partners;
- Properly onboard New Partners and establish benchmarks for their success;
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry and market trends and tailor approach to remain competitive.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver maximum value, execute team goals.
Skills:
- An interest and some experience in Logistics.
- A strong work ethic with the desire and attitude to succeed under any circumstances.
- The desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated to succeed and grow within our company organization.
- Strong analytical skills, e.g., excel modeling, etc.
- Ability to interact with all level of players.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, and strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: must be able to build, maintain, and expand relationships.
- Excellent Polish & English Strong communication & presentation skills is extremely important.
- Travel required: up to 20%
